Who are we? 

Hello, my name is Glaucia Martin-Porath and I am your Equality Coach and the founder of Equality at Home. I spent years serving families and children as a Mental Health Therapist and Educator. I have empowered thousand of families through their healing journey and today I strive to empower you and your family to think, say and act equally in every ROLE you choose to play in this world. I have also partnered with other amazing people who are equality experts and can teach you how to manifest equality in different areas of your life.

Why is Equality important and why should we be doing this?

We believe that being equal is a human right and to be our fully expressed selves we must work to achieve equality sooner than later. We hope that we do not need to wait over 200 years for it. But, in order to expedite equality, we must take action NOW and how we do it, is extremely important. 

First of all, we MUST find that sense of Equality inside ourselves and then start spreading and teaching it through role modeling to our children and because of that we MUST include everyone in this movement. This Equality movement is a love revolution. A new kind of revolution that must take place at home.

Does Inequality "hit home"? Why should we all start at home?

The first place where you find inequality is right there, inside your own head. Depending on how you were raised culturally and the role models you had, those unequal values and ways of being in specific roles were the ones who shaped who you are and became automatic once you hit the world, and especially after you experience having to raise your own children. 

Inequality goes beyond household chores, sharing the family's mental load and childcare, among many others.  Inequality is a mindset that lives inside of your home like an invisible virus, taking over slowly and silently. Expressing itself in those invisible agreements made by our ancestries and that infect us all without any warning. 

For this reason, many of us have to unlearn everything we have learned about inequality first, only then, to make "conscious" choices about how we want Equality to express itself in our lives.
